This is the final gameweek before the international break. Four of the top five sides are facing each other this week and so it is difficult to identify differentials. In this article, we have identified 4 players who can help improve your rank. These players have low ownership, good underlying stats, and a decent fixture.

Gabriel Magalhães (Arsenal – Defender – £5m) vs WAT (H)

Arsenal’s performances have improved a lot in the past few gameweeks. They have a favourable home fixture against Watford this week. Gabriel scored in gameweek 10 away at Leicester and he also delivered a clean sheet. He delivered a season-high haul of 15 points.

In 7 games so far, he has attempted 6 shots from inside the box and has also created 2 chances for his team. In these games, he has delivered 4 clean sheets. He is a solid player to watch out for. With only 1.7% ownership, he is a very good differential.

Leandro Trossard (Brighton – Midfielder – £6.4m) vs NEW (H)

Brighton were impressive in Gameweek 10 as they overcame a 2 goal deficit to steal a point off Liverpool in a 2-2 draw at Anfield. Trossard scored an impressive goal against the Reds. In 10 games so far, he has scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist.

In these games, he has made 26 attempts on goal, 15 from inside the box, and 9 shots on target. He has also managed to create 14 chances for his teammates. Trossard has the potential to cause damage to the struggling Newcastle team. Newcastle are winless so far in 10 games (D4, L6) and have conceded 23 goals (2nd highest in the league). The Magpies have conceded the most shots in the league (163), with 51 shots on target (3rd highest in the league). They have the highest xGC (Expected goals conceded) in the league of 20.16. Current ownership is 1.7%.

Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford – Midfielder – £5.6m) vs NOR (H)

Mbeumo should be at full fitness to start this week. He will be playing up front against Premier League’s favourite opponents Norwich City. In 9 appearances so far, he has scored 2 goals. Mbeumo has been menacing so far in front of goal and will be a huge threat against a weak Norwich defense.

In 9 games so far, he has made 22 attempts on goal, 14 attempts from inside the box, and 4 shots on target. He has also created 8 chances for his teammates. Norwich have conceded the highest number of goals in the league (25). The Canaries have conceded 158 shots (2nd highest in the league) with 56 shots on target (highest). Norwich are at the bottom of the table and are winless so far. We back Mbeumo to deliver a solid performance this gameweek. Current ownership is 4.3%.

Harry Kane (Tottenham – Forward – £12.1m) vs EVE (A)

Harry Kane has had a disappointing start to the season with just 1 goal and 1 assist in 9 appearances (8 starts). Spurs have had a change in regime with one of the best managers of the world in Conte coming on board. This has put Spurs assets on the FPL radar.

Kane has looked a goal threat despite his current form with 19 attempts on goal, 10 shots from inside the box, and 10 shots on target. He has also managed to create 7 chances with 2 big chances for his teammates. Kane’s upcoming fixtures after gameweek 11 are also making him a lucrative pick – LEE (H), BUR (A), BRE (H) & NOR (H). Kane is a solid bet against an out-of-form Everton team who are winless in the last 4 Premier League games (D1, L3) having conceded 9 goals. Current ownership is 6.7%.

*Ownership percentage is as on November 05, 2021, at the time of writing the article.
