“Ludwig Augustinsson will be out for around three weeks – he’s got a hamstring injury on the back of the Leeds game. We’ve also got Leon Bailey, who has got a small muscle issue. He’s a doubt for the weekend but he’s not totally ruled out.

“In terms of Lucas Digne, it’s a complicated one that’s going to rumble on for a few more weeks before we can assess it. I’ll have some news on Digne in a couple of weeks, but he won’t be available for Forest.” – Steven Gerrard

“Wesley’s [Fofana] knee is not as bad as we thought so that was good. It will be a few weeks I think but considerably better than it could be. [A comeback before the World Cup] is a possibility, it depends on how his rehab goes. Wouldn’t want to put too much of a timecale on it but there’s a chance of that. – Graham Potter

LEICESTER CITY

RULED OUT: Wilfried Ndidi (hamstring), Ricardo Pereira (Achilles), Ryan Bertrand (knee)

MIGHT PLAY: Nampalys Mendy (knee)

Wilfred Ndidi will probably be out for a little bit. He came back from international duty with a hamstring strain. He recovered well but he felt it at half-time in the game and he was a little sore, so he might miss a few weeks. – Brendan Rodgers

LIVERPOOL

RULED OUT: Andrew Robertson (knee), Naby Keita (muscle), Arthur Melo (muscle), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (hamstring)

MIGHT PLAY: Curtis Jones (match fitness)

“The one new injury is Arthur Melo, in the last session before the Rangers game. A normal situation, he just injured a muscle. We have to wait for further assessment to know how long it will be but he’s out. Robbo [Robertson] is running a lot, looks like he’s close. Probably Curtis [Jones] now the closest, then Robbo, then the other two. Step by step.” – Jurgen Klopp
